St Pauls Park
The early sunshine brought out a couple of Speckled Wood butterflies, a Tree Bumblebee, several Harlequin Ladybirds and an Eristalis hoverfly. There were huge numbers of midges flying around in the sun. Birds included a couple of Jays, a calling Chiffchaff, a Goldfinch, a Robin, a Wren and an impressive 6 Blackbirds.
A Wren showed briefly in the garden this evening.
